The Body in the Backyard by Lucy Score

Who gets hired to be a bodyguard for their ex-husband? Riley Thorn sure just did. Her boyfriend, Nick, isn't enthusiastic about it but his partner in the detective agency jumps on the offer of twenty thousand dollars.
It's not as if they're already juggling a lot. Just a group of elderly people, at least one of whom is senile, moving into their house. And the house isn't exactly a welcoming place, what with everything being so old. And then there's their dog, Burt.
But Griffin Gentry has offered to pay. It's just too bad there So Many people that want to kill the man. He's refused to pay any number of bills, he put a giant statue of himself naked in his back yard, and then there's all of the women he's slept with, mostly while in a relationship with someone else.
A fun, fast and fluffy ride as per usual. I don't think you have to have read the other books in the series but it sure would help.

Riley Thorn and the Blast from the Past by Lucy Score

Riley Thorn is supposed to be settling into her HEA. She's got a hot boyfriend, a new house, and a good job. `But the new house has a closet that still has a ... particular smell, and the good job is a little uneven as the man running the show, her hot boyfriend, Nick, is obsessed with his former (police) partner's sister is the focus of his attention.
Six years ago, Beth disappeared and turned Kellan's life upside down. Nick is wanting to finally close this unsolved case. In the meantime, the rest of his work is suffering.
A new character shows up who is just as wild as the rest of the group but she just might lead Riley and the rest of their crew to some answers about Beth. If only Riley's psychic powers didn't choose this moment to go on the fritz.
A fast, fun, and fluffy ride with a large dose of hijinks thrown in. Maybe a little too many hijinks but I am glad that this planned trilogy is going to continue for a longer series.

Riley Thorn and the Corpse in the Closet by Lucy Score

The summer heat can sometimes cause people to go a little crazy. Since Riley Thorn had to deal with a bunch of crazy in the first book, she'd really rather have some normal. However. Her grandmother, who no one actually likes, is in town to conduct a psychic boot camp that will enhance the skills of ... well, everyone but mainly Riley, her sister, and her guardian/teacher/friend/angel(?) Gabriel. Mostly it seems like she's there to suck out any joy and fun in Riley and her family's life.
Her housemates are all still alive (they're mostly very old) and crazy. Her boyfriend is being scarily overprotective after Riley got shot in the last book (maybe justified but still not okay to track her without asking.)
Into all of this come two clients -- one is looking for her ex-husband and one wants to know who killed his wannabe-You-Tube-star wife.
Once again fast, fun, and fluffy, the crazy train threatens to go off the rails but mostly was an enjoyable book.

Riley Thorn and the Dead Guy Next Door by Lucy Score

Divorced and single at 34, Riley Thorn just wants to be normal. But she's been cursed with psychic powers. She can hear the thoughts of others and now is apparently clairvoyant because she keeps seeing her next-door neighbor get killed. When he is actually killed, her world gets even more complicated with a hot spiritual trainer sent to her by her grandmother to develop her powers, a handsome detective who may or may not believe her, and a PI who insists that Riley be his fake fiancee.
There is a lot of craziness involved in this book and, while it wasn't quite the level of Aiken/Laurenston-crazy, it was still a three and a half star rating.
